LAKE CLUB
GROUND RULES
(Revised 5/18/84)

Dogs will be kept under control at all times and
confined to the lots of their owners, unless held by a leash.

The raising of domestic animals and fowl is prohibited
on New Brinton Lake Club property.

There shall be no hunting on the property of New
Brinton Lake Club. Discharge of firearms within the boundaries of
the Club is not permitted.

There shall be no business of any kind conducted
on the property of the New Brinton Lake Club.

The speed of all vehicles is limited to 15 miles
per hour, except on Carter Road, where it is limited to 20 miles per
hour. Unlicensed motorized vehicles are not permitted on New Brinton
Lake Club property. Wheeled vehicles shall not be driven on the dam
or any Club property other than paved roads.

No advertising signs or notices, except small signs
identifying the owner of a lot, shall be erected or displayed on Club
property, except upon the prior written consent of the Board of Directors,
with the exception of realty signs.

Swimming in Brinton Lake is not permitted.

Boating and fishing in Brinton Lake are restricted
to members of the Club and their guests

Skating on Brinton Lake is permitted for Club members
and their guests only.

Dumping of rubbish is not permitted on the property
of Brinton Lake Club. All trees, shrubbery, grass, bushes, flowers,
etc., on Club property are the responsibility of the Board of Directors
and shall not be harmed in any way. Grass on road shoulders may be
cut by adjacent lot owners.

Planting of trees, shrubs, or placing of items of
any kind in or on Club property, other than Club property adjacent
to lots along the rights-of-way of paved roads, is prohibited. All
planting of trees, shrubs, flowers, bushes, etc., or the placement
of any item or thing within the area of the rights-of-way, or the
disturbance, cutting or removal of any trees, shrubs, flowers, bushes,
beyond normal pruning for maintenance purposes or replanting, shall
require written approval of the Board of Directors. The Board shall
render a written decision within 30 days of receipt of application.
In the event that any property owner violates this Rule, the property
owner shall receive a Notice of Correction which must be complied
with within ten days. If, in the Board's opinion, compliance has not
taken place within ten days, the Board may direct the correction and
bill the property owner for the cost thereof and, upon failure to
pay, may enter a lien against the violator's property.

The driving of tracked vehicles on Club roads is
prohibited. If damage is caused to Club roads by tracked vehicles,
then the lot owner who engaged the contractor/operator of such vehicle
will be held responsible for reimbursing the Club for the cost of
repair of such damage. Tracked vehicles should be transported to lots
on proper trailers.
